RESIDENT COUNSELOR
Full or part-time positions supervising clients ages 12-18 in our Residential and Family Centered Services programs with a rotating schedule. Participate in treatment plan development, group therapy, skill development and team meetings. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Human Service field or 1 year full-time experience working with youth is required for 1st (7am-3pm) and 2nd (2pm-11pm) shifts; a High School degree or GED is required for the over-night (11pm-7am)counselor position. Excellent benefits package for FULL-TIME employees.

Safety and Permanency Program

FULL-TIME CARE COORDINATORS:

Deliver and/or coordinate Safety Plan or family Safety, Risk and Permanency Services. Serve as child monitor, conduct assessments, coordinate and conduct home-based services to best meet family needs. Prepare and submit required paperwork. Full-time positions available in the Woodbury County area. Minimal educational requirements are High School/GED but prefer Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in delivering child welfare services and working with families. Bi-lingual is a plus.

LOCATION:  Woodbury, Plymouth, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Kossuth, Emmet, Palo Alto Counties in IOWA

PART-TIME CASE AIDE:

Part-time positions available in Woodbury and Buena Vista Counties. Duties include: Deliver support activities with Safety Plan or Family Safety, Risk and Permanency Services. Serve as Child Safety Monitor when conducting observations of clients. Transportation of clients when needed for visitations and complete required paperwork. These individuals must have High School Diploma/GED and a valid Driver License. Bilingual Preferred.

We are also partnering with Family Centered Services of Alaska (FCSA) in Fairbanks, Alaska. This facility offers both a Residential Diagnostic Treatment Center (RDT) that provides quality residential and therapeutic services to severely emotionally disturbed children and youth ages 10-17 years of age who are at high risk of out-of-state placement and a Therapeutic Family Home program (TFH) that provides residential care to children, 5-18 years of age, who are experiencing mental health issues and behavior problems making them at risk of psychiatric placement outside of their community.
