RESIDENT COUNSELOR:
Full or part-time positions supervising clients ages 12-18 in our Residential Services programs with a rotating schedule. Participate in treatment plan development, group therapy, skill development and team meetings. A Bachelor's or Associates degree in a Human Service field or 1 year full-time experience working with youth is required for 1st (7am-3pm) and 2nd (2pm-11pm) shifts; a High School degree or GED is required for the over-night (11pm-7am)counselor position. This service will primarily be provided in the family home with some services in schools and other community locations as necessary. BACHELOR'S DEGREE in HUMAN SERVICE FIELD REQUIRED. BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED. Must have VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE with no more than 5 points against your license.

CASE AIDE (CLERICAL & TRANSPORTATION):
Deliver Supporting activities to safety Pan or Family safety, Risk and Permanency Services.
Clerical: Provide clerical team support by faxing, copying, data entry as needed. Will assist with local transportation of families and may monitor some visitations with direction.
Transportation: Coordinate and provide transportation needs for the service area for families and children served.
Qualifications: High School/GED. BI-LINGUAL PERFERRED. Must have VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE with no more than 5 points against your license.

Deliver direct Safety and Permanency Services , as determined through the team supervision model, to assist Service Coordinators with meeting the needs of the family, as determined through assessment. Ensure child safety will occur by serving as the safety monitor in the family through specified contact by conducting on-going safety checks to determine if the child continues to remain safe. Conduct assessments of the child/children and/or family's strengths and needs related to safety, permanency, and well-being of the children. Facilitate smooth transitional and independent living skills and services to all youth-identified by the team.
Qualifications: High School/GED with two (2) years experience working in the human services field. Bachelor's Degree PREFERED.

The Team Leader is responsible for the outcomes of their Team and shall provide support and resources to ensure that children remain safe, families receive quality care and meet the CFSR requirements. Conduct assessment of the child/children and/or family's strengths and needs related to the safety, permanency, and well-being of the children. Assist Services Coordinator to coordinate service strategies as a result of safety plan and assessment(s) to best meet family needs. BACHELOR'S DEGREE in HUMAN SERVICES FIELD REQUIRED and 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH YOUTH. Must have VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE with no more than 6 points against your license.

Also conduct and schedule refresher training courses for current employee. Will act as Human Resources liaison within the Western Service area (Participate in the interviewing process of potential applicants). Involves overnight travel throughout the state of Nebraska to meet training needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services field PREFERRED. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE with no more than 6 points against your license. Teaching/Supervisory experience and ability to create and develop Agency and State approved training strategies a PLUS.

PROGRAM MANAGER:
The program manager will coordinate the day to day activities of the Midwestern Trauma Services Network. This will include contacting and coordinating training schedules for Evidence Based Practice developers and collaborative organizations in the 4 districts we will be working in. Responsibilities will include continuing education in the field of traumatic stress and relevant evidence based practices. Will monitor finances and work directly with grant administrators.Clinical Masters degree preferred and/or minimum five years experience with at risk children.

CHILD CARE TEACHER:
Supervise children 2 years to 12 years of age, some of which may have mental or physical disabilities. Provide a safe nurturing environment with planned age appropriate activities. High school diploma or GED required. Previous child care experience required. EARLY HEAD START ASSISTANT TEACHER:
Works with classroom teachers. Responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with the general supervision and management of the class.High school diploma or GED. Must be working towards Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. At least six months experience with early childhood age children preferred. Must be at least 18 years old and meet the requirements of the licensing agencies and/or accredited organizations.LOCATION: Siouxland Family Center (Dakota City, NE)
EARLY HEAD START INFANT/TODDLER TEACHER:
Responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for infant and toddler age children. Oversees the educational aspects of the center, including classroom staff and volunteers.High school diploma or GED and associate, baccalaureate, or advance degree in early childhood education. Child Development Associates (CDA) credential that is appropriate to the age of the children being served in center based programs. A State awarded certificate for preschool teachers that meets or exceeds. Be able to obtain one of the above within one year of hire. At least six months experience with early childhood age children preferred.
