Opportunities for employment include direct-care positions, careers in administrative or support services, maintenance, nursing, teaching or counseling.  Requirements for employment at the agency vary, ranging from those that require a high school degree/equivalent to requiring a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree.

MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS (Full and Part-time):

We are accepting applications for full or part-time positions supervising clients ages 12-18 in our Residential Services programs with a rotating schedule. Participate in treatment plan development, group therapy, skill development and team meetings. A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year full-time experience working with youth PREFERRED OR Two Years of Course Work in the Human Services Field and 2 years full-time experience working with youth is required. Excellent benefits package for FULL-TIME employees.

FULL-TIME and PART-TIME FOOD SERVICE STAFF:
We are currently seeking a Full-time Prep Cook and Part-time Food Service Utility staff work primarily as a Dishwasher in our Sioux City, IA Food Service Department. Will also assist with other Food Service duties that are assigned by the Food Service Supervisor. HS/GED and 1 year experience in Food Service Industry.

PART-TIME OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF:
Answer agency phones, assist in filing documentation and possible dictation. Must have prior administrative experience with multi-line phone systems, proficient in Microsoft Office and filing systems. HS/GED and 1 year experience in related field.

EARLY HEADSTART TEACHERS:(FULL-TIME and PART-TIME) Responsible for planning and developing appropriate anti-bias activities for infant and toddler age children that encourages children's creativity, spontaneity and inquisitiveness in a center-based setting, incorporating input from parents, screening results and parent/teacher observations. Must foster an environment which is welcoming to parents and where children can develop to their fullest potential. Job contingent upon continued program funding and Policy Council approval.Must have High School Diploma or GED and one of the following:A. Child Development AssociateB. Associates Degree in Early Childhood EducationC. Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or related field with experience in 0-3 early education and care.At least six months early childhood experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.LOCATION:

MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS (Full and Part-time):
Position will supervise clients ages 12-18 years of age in a structured residential treatment program. Assure a safe learning environment for clients to respond positively toward treatment goals. Position REQUIRES a High School Diploma or Equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, the ability to pass a background check and the ability to complete Department provided training in residential childcare along with Boys and Girls Home REQUIRED trainings.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR/PSYCHIATRIST:
Full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide services for our residential treatment facility.
