Opportunities for employment include direct-care positions, careers in administrative or support services, maintenance, nursing, teaching or counseling.  Requirements for employment at the agency vary, ranging from those that require a high school degree/equivalent to requiring a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree.

Clinical/Program Director (Full Time):
This position is responsible for oversight, implementation and coordination of services provided in Residential Programming. Provide clinical oversight specific to residential programming and development. Oversee the implementation of behavior modification, individual/group/multi-family/in-home therapies and ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely manner. Will manage occupancy, referral and staff utilization and alignment for assigned areas. Education and Experience: Master's Degree in a related Social Service Field, LMHP/LISW preferred with 5 years of treatment experience.

LISW-Masters Level Therapist (Full Time):
This position is responsible for a comprehensive array of clinical services including but not limited to assessment, individual, couple, family and group therapies. Education and Experience: MSW or MA in a human services field from an accredited school. 2 years of experience preferred. Licensure as an independent practitioner or proof of progress and a date of completion for licensure as an independent practitioner is required.

Residential Treatment Therapist (Full Time):
This position is responsible for treatment plan development and individual, group and family therapy for clients 6-18 years old in a residential setting. Masters level degree preferred.

Teacher (Full Time):
This position is responsible for instructing and supervising clients ages 6-18 in a structured treatment program. Must be able to assure a safe learning environment, develop lesson plans congruent with school curriculum and state standards.

Title I Tutor (Part Time):
This position works with elementary, middle and high school youth in an alternative school setting. Work with students individually on classroom assignments, coordinate with teachers and alternate class activities for learning differences.

MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (Full and Part-time):
Positions supervising clients ages 6 - 18 in our Residential Services programs.  Participate in treatment plan development, group therapy, skills development and team meetings. A Bachelor's Degree and one year full-time experience working with youth PREFERRED OR High School/GED and twi years full-time experience working with youth is required.. Excellent benefits package for FULL-TIME employees.

REGISTERED NURSE (Part-time):
Provide nursing services to clients admitted to Agency programs in Resident Treatment. Documentation of care rendered. Coordination of treatment with other disciplines.  Adhere to agency's mission.  Must maintain a level of high morals and represent self as a role model for clients. Registered Nurse (RN) with genuine interest in working with clients with behavior disorders.  One year of psychiatric experience preferred.  Work Schedule: M-F 5pm-9pm, on-call as needed.

MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (Full and Part-time):
Position will supervise clients ages 12-18 years of age in a structured residential treatment program. Assure a safe learning environment for clients to respond positively toward treatment goals. Position REQUIRES a High School Diploma or Equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, the ability to pass a background check and the ability to complete Department provided training in residential childcare along with Boys and Girls Home REQUIRED trainings.
