Requirements for employment at the agency vary, ranging from those that require a high school degree/equivalent to requiring a Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree.

RESIDENT COUNSELOR:
Full or part-time positions supervising clients ages 12-18 in our Residential Services programs with a rotating schedule. Participate in treatment plan development, group therapy, skill development and team meetings. A Bachelor's or Associates degree in a Human Service field or 1 year full-time experience working with youth is required for 2nd (2pm-11pm) shift; a High School degree or GED is required for the over-night (11pm-7am)counselor position. Excellent benefits package for FULL-TIME employees.

AFTERCARE CASE WORKER
Oversee the treatment of clients in a structured treatment program serving young adults, ages 18-21. Act as liaison between clients and community agencies. Assure a safe learning environment for the young adult clients so they have the opportunity to respond positively toward reaching their goals and self-sufficiency.A BSW or a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field from an accredited institution and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience working with youth in the human service field. Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
LOCATION: Northwest Iowa (Fort Dodge, Spencer, Storm Lake, Algoona, Humboldt)
THERAPIST/CASE MANAGER
Responsible for individual, group and family therapy. Participate in clients staffings and funding reviews. Responsible for the development of treatment plans for adolescents ages 12 -18 years of age. On-call responsibilities. BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED in related field. MSW preferred.
LOCATION: Sioux City, IA (Corbett Unit)
EARLY HEADSTART INFANT TEACHER
Responsible for the planning, developing and implementation of age appropriate educational learning experiences for infants and toddlers in the classroom. CDA or AA DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (or related field) REQUIRED with 6 months experience in early childhood. Bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred. BI-LINGUAL preferred.
