RESIDENT COUNSELOR:
Full or part-time positions supervising clients ages 12-18 in our Residential Services programs with a rotating schedule. Participate in treatment plan development, group therapy, skill development and team meetings. A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year full-time experience working with youth OR Two Years of Course Work in the Human Services Field and 2 years full-time experience working with youth is required. Excellent benefits package for FULL-TIME employees.

Responsible for planning and developing appropriate anti-bias activities for infant and toddler age children that encourages children’s creativity, spontaneity and inquisitiveness in a center-based setting, incorporating input from parents, screening results and parent/teacher observations. Must foster an environment which is welcoming to parents and where children can develop to their fullest potential. Job contingent upon continued program funding and Policy Council approval. CDA REQUIRED, BA in Early Childhood or AA Degree PREFERRED.

Part-time positions available at our Siouxland Family Center Childcare facility. Infants up to the age of 12 years old is the population being served. High School/GED and Bi-lingual preferred.

Position will supervise clients ages 6-18 years of age in a structured residential treatment program. Assure a safe learning environment for clients to respond positively toward treatment goals. Position REQUIRES a High School Diploma or Equivalent and the ability to complete Department provided training in residential childcare along with Boys and Girls Home REQUIRED trainings.
Shifts Available:
Swing Shift (1:30pm - 11:30pm) Overnight Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)
MEDICAL DIRECTOR/PSYCHIATRIST:
Full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide services for our residential treatment facility.
